27-May-2013 -- I ended my visit to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks by driving south from Jackson, Wyoming, to Salt Lake City. En route, I was able to visit three degree confluence points. The first was this easy confluence point, in a field in the beautiful Star Valley, south of the small town of Etna. The confluence point is less than a mile from US highway 89, and just 0.2 miles from a paved road.
Fortunately, at this time the field had not been planted with a crop, so I didn't feel guilty about walking across it. Instead of a crop, pretty yellow spring wildflowers are abundant.
