15-Jun-2001 -- Friday June 15, 2001: visit at 16:30 hours
Almost running out of official local confluences on latitude 63 degrees north - so we were hoping to find something spectacular.
The GPS led us to a courtyard, and the mission was once again explained to a farmer (who was cutting wood nearby). He was very kind, but not talkative enough to stop his chainsaw and have a chat with us.
Well, at least the confluence was not in a forest, but we had seen plenty of farmfields too. Nice views, though - across the field covered with dandelion.
We did get a good shot of the GPS reading (pic #5). Only a leap away from the exact spot!
