19-Nov-2010 -- This is my 17th confluence point visit.
On our expedition to the central desert of Iran (Dašt-e Kavīr), we decided to visit this confluence point as it was close to our pathway. There was no road toward the point, it was located 6.5 km far from the main road. Although we could walk, we decided to go off-road by our 4WD vehicle (Nissan Roniz). So we drove 3.3 km off-road and walked the other 3.2 km to reach the point.
The group consisted of my friend (Saeed Taghinejad), and I (Sirous Nekooei).
Directions: After 45 kilometers on Šāhrūd-Ṭorūd road, exit the main road and drive toward the point as much as you can! Then stop the car and walk for a few kilometers to reach the point.
