17-Feb-2014 -- We are traveling on the route 142 from San Rafael to Mendoza. Where the farming land of Pareditas starts are the cabanas and the camping ground "El Picon de la Carreta". We stayed there for the night. This venue is 2.2 km from the confluence.

From this place the old road lead us a bit closer. The remaining 1.6 km we walked through a lot of thorn bushes till we found the confluence. At the confluence we found a beautiful cactus.
