09-Jun-1995 -- Whilst travelling along the Sichuan-Tibet Highway from Markham to Lhasa, I passed within 2 km NW of this Confluence when starting up the Lang Ho valley after Trulung (south of Tungmai). Recorded coordinates were 30°02'N 95°01'E for my bird records here, which included Hodgson's Redstart and Plumbeous Water Redstart. Elevation ca. 8250' asl. (Information provided by Stanley Howe)
