11-Sep-2009 -- This is my 16th confluence point visit.
This weekend we decided to visit this confluence point. It was a rather difficult point. There was a road toward the point, but is was by no means a real road; just a very bad quality track with a difficult terrain. Only a good quality 4WD vehicle is recommended. The track is extending as close as 350 meters to the point.
The group consisted of my wife (Niloofar), our daughter (Negar), and I (Sirous).
Directions: In the Qūchān-Fārūj road, after 20 kilometers, there is a minor asphalted road toward the villages Beyraq and Kharq (56 kilometers). There are several smaller villages, but these are the most important ones. At Kharq village, a small gravelled track is extending toward North-West, which goes to a place called "Dāgh-e Sirat" by local people. We stopped there and walked toward the point over a small hill.
