24-Mar-2010 -- Départ de Matagami, à 7h00, direction nord sur la route de la Baie-James en camion pour le km 212. Arrivé au km 212 à 9h00, préparation des motoneiges et du matériel. 40 km à faire pour se rendre au point. Départ en motoneige à 9h35.

Les 20 premiers kilomètres à franchir sont assez facile. La suite est plus ardue. 3.5 km dans le bois. Au premier arbre qu’il faut couper la scie mécanique ne part pas et à force de tire sur la corde cette dernière ne veut plus rentrer. Sortie du sciotte qui nous à bien dépanner toute la journée. Après les 3.5 km nous arrivons dans un marécage. Nous pensions que le reste allait se faire sans problème. Erreur après 15 km encore du bois!!!! Environ 3 km de bois à faire pour se rendre au point. Nous tombons sur une ligne de prospection qui elle nous mène au pied d’une montagne qu’il faut maintenant contourner,plus qu’à 1 km du point. 1 km à faire dans le bois. Finalement à 15h15 nous arrivons à notre points, fatigués mais content d’avoir réussi.
