15-Sep-2005 -- This was an easy farmland destination compared with our previous CP in the bush (S 25 E 149). Nonetheless we were a little apprehensive about this visit, having read that the previous one had been disallowed after a complaint from the landowner.

In fact the owner, Rosemary, proved to be extremely friendly and helpful, and even gave us a lift in her 4x4 ute to the approximate CP location. This was much appreciated as the potential dangers included snakes, calving cows, protective farm dogs and electric fences!

Once in the paddock it was the work of moments to get the GPS zeroed in for our photos, followed by another ride in the ute through the paddocks back to the house.

There should be no reason to revisit this CP for now, but should anyone decide to do so, the rule remains: seek permission from the landowner first! Thanks Rosemary for your help.
