11-Jan-2006 --
I was in Arkansas for a business trip. Stayed in Little Rock, AR the night before, left early on January 11, 2005 and headed North towards my ultimate destination, Cherokee Village, AR. The most direct route between these two points is Hwy 67/167. Lucky for me, there is a confluence point about 125 feet from the side of the road.
I made it to the confluence around 9:00 a.m. It was rather cold, to the point that I was hurrying up the photos hoping I would soon be back in the warm rental car. When the GPS was showing all zeroes, it indicated accuracy at 13 feet. As shown in the photos, there was not much green vegetation, except for the needles on the pine trees. There was a slight amount of frost on the ground cover. Not much seems to have changed since the last visit except the time of year.
