#1: Sand storm

05-May-2006 -- After our visit to 24N 54E we continued our way toward the Saudi border, to get to the point 24N 53E.

But unfortunately, before we could get to the point a sand storm started, and we couldn't continue our way although we were so close to it, as there was no visibility any more. Moreover, the fences that were erected beside the main road to keep the camels from stepping on it, barred our way, too. And so we had no other choice than to go back for another day. It was a pity that we missed the point, but it was nice to see the sand storm.
