Had to take my daughter back to collage this weekend so I planned this for a couple of weeks. The weather was fantastic. A beautiful Sunday after noon drive into the country from Bourbonnais. Nice and quiet relaxing after I drove till 3am today and only gotten 4 hours of sleep this morning and the previous night. But I was pumped about my second confluence.

There are little or no shoulders on the road so I parked at the next intersection and walked back to do my thing. My wife was left to mind the car and all it's contents. Poor woman every car that came by stopped to ask if everything was ok. She had to explain it my husband he's down there taking pictures.

From the side of the road I was standing less than 20 meters from the CP. Nearly as giddy as a school girl. From here we went to a very nearby Geo-Dash point, another game I play. And I was able to get to the exact spot of that one. So all in all it was a terrific afternoon of fun.

And a great weekend also. Despite the rain all day Monday on the trip back I was able to also visit 42N 89W.
