29-Sep-2006 -- This is my 9^th CP visit. This weekend I decided to visit this point.

Directions:
1 - Asphalted, but farther way: Mašhad, Mozdūrān, Sarakhs, Pol-e Khātūn, Pas Kamar, stop the car 4 km after Pas Kamar.

2 - Short way, but graveled for 27 km: Mašhad, Mozdūrān, Bāġak, Padalī, Šūrījeh, stop the car 6.5 km after Šūrījeh.

At the car stop you should go uphill (climb 60 m) and then go down (descend 110 m) to the riverside. Walking distance 1200 m.

I chose road No. 2 on going, and road No. 1 on return. I think road No. 2 shall become a first class road in a near future, as I saw water pipes and electricity lines under construction all along this road. These are supposed to transfer fresh water and electricity from Dūstī dam to the city of Mašhad.

I departed from Mašhad at noon and came back at 8 p.m. (I spent some 1 hour to visit the newly constructed Dūstī dam).
