24-Apr-2007 -- After lunch at Moonie we headed up to Condamine where we refuelled. From there on it was West. The Google earth satellite pictures showed a road I could follow reasonably close to the confluence. We came to some signs to a feedlot and followed that road.

We stopped within sight of that feedlot and the spot was just by the road on the other side of a barb wire fence. When I came back to the car after no more than a couple of minutes the kids were wondering why I had been so quick. They barely had time to stretch their legs. The confluence lays in a paddock that has been plowed not long ago and it looks ready to be seeded.
