06-Jul-2007 -- I selected this point as my first confluence in Hokkaido, Japan, because it seemed to be the easiest point at Hokkaido area.
Generally speaking, confluence points in Hokkaido area are difficult to reach as they were in a forest of inland and most of the area was covered with heavy thicket of bamboo grass.
But this point was just in the center of cultivated land, and was only 40 meters from the road.
I was here two years ago. But I had only the map and forgot the GPS at that time, so I gave up to locate exact position.
Nothing was planted in the cultivated land and grass was mowed. I could walk around freely, and locate exact point easily.
