07-Jul-2007 -- The sunrise at Kushiro-city was about 4 AM today. I checked out the hotel located in front of Kushiro Station before 6AM. Today's my first target, N43 N145 was about 40 Km East from here. Driving on Route 44 to Akkeshi-town, and change to Local Road numbered 123. The confluence was only 1Km from the Pacific. There was a parting and it was the closest point on the road which was only 250 meters to the confluence. The thicket of bamboo grass was flat and dry. The grass length was about my thigh or knee. It's not so difficult to walk, so I approached to the target straight. It was 7:34 when I reached. It was fine but my rain wear got wet with morning dew on bamboo completely.
