20-Jun-2007 -- We were in Milwaukee for a square dance festival and before the dancing began we took a run out to West Allis, a western suburb of Milwaukee, to visit the confluence at 43N 88W. The confluence is in a quiet neighborhood (photo #1) of small closely spaced but attractive homes near where South 70th St., South Buchanan Pl., and West Dreyer Pl. meet. I got all zeros on my GPSr (photo #5) while standing near the driveway of the one and a half story white house at 2442 S. 70th (photo #2). Photo #3 is the view looking north towards S. Buchanan St. and Photo #4 is the view south down S. 70th St.
