20-Jun-2008 -- My wife and I took a trip to Utah to ride our ATV's in the National ATV Jamboree. I decided that we would get close enough to this confluence to make a visit. It is close to the road and would not require a long hike. With a delay getting started on our trip, we did not arrive in the area until early in the evening. I was glad there was still enough light out to make an attempt. I got my compass, GPSr and my camera and headed out in the direction my GPSr was pointing. It was a short walk and I had no problem getting there. I had read in previous visit reports about some sort of marker but I could find nothing. I was surprised at how easy it was to get my GPSr to read zeros. It seemed to lock in quickly and stayed there. After enjoying the moment I took my photos and headed back to my wife who was waiting in the truck.
