20-Jun-2010 -- After Jukola and my 3 previous confluence visits yesterday, I had about 12 hours before my flights back home to Norway (via Denmark), so I naturally made yet another confluence attempt:
As noted by the previous visitors, this point is located in the Baltic Sea, just off the coast of Finland but inside the sheltered archipelago, so my best bet seemed to be to drive to the nearby harbor town of Ingå (also called Haga on my maps), to see if there was a water taxi service available or if some kids with a small boat or an inflatable would be willing to make the trip.
Ingå turned out to be very pretty, there were lots of people in boats, but I had no luck securing transport to the point, so instead I had a nice lunch in the harbor restaurant, sitting outside in the beautiful weather and watching the yatchs passing by.
