11-Sep-2010 -- After seeing a program about confluences on Norwegian telly I realized one was only 1 km from the farm where my mother was born. We now use it as a family holiday place. So on my next visit there I set out to get to the confluence. The exact position is a few meters out on the water, but since we have a boat this was no problem for me. The weather was perfect with absolutely flat water, but getting all zeroes was a bit hard alone in a boat.

After the visit I went fishing, first close to the point where I caught no fish, and later further inside the fjord where I caught several nice cod and some mackerel. As a GPS and tracker I used my Samsung Galaxy S mobile phone.
