Сегодня, в субботу 11 июня 2011, после нашей успешной охоты на точку 48°с.ш.-43°в.д. мы выехали из станицы Пугачевская около 4 часов вечера. В этих широтах в это время, еще светло до 9 часов, и у нас все еще есть много времени и энергии, так что мой тесть Николай, в восторге от предыдущей охоты, предложил посетить точку слияния 48°с.ш.-44°в.д. всего в 100 км, сделав остановку по пути в городе Октябрьский, где находится известный исторический памятник русским героям-солдатам на месте битвы зимой 1942 года, которая блокировала продвижение немецкого вторжения до Сталинграда (сейчас Волгограда).

Мы принимаем с удовольствием заманчивое предложение, и менее чем через 30 минут мы уже фотографируемся около памятника героям в Октябрьском и потом, следуя указаниям моего GPS Garmin GPS60CSx и карты России, которые предварительно были установлены в Венесуэле с помощью друзей Винченцо Веккьио и Роджера Гонсалеса, мы добрались по грунтовой дороге менее чем за час к искомой точки, которая находится на самом краю дороги. Сильная гроза и дождь застали нас неожиданно, но эмоции интенсивно прожитого дня и адреналин позволили нам под дождем успешно завершить регистрацию точки, а затем начать возвращение в Котельниково, к нашему дому, который находится в 75 километрах от точки.

Today, Saturday 11 Jun 2011, after our successful hunt to N48°E43°, we went out of Pugachovscaya village near 4.00 pm. In these latitudes, at this time, there is clarity until 9 pm and we still have plenty of time and energy. My father-in-law Nikolay, very excited after previous confluences hunt, intends to visit the confluence N48°E44°, just 100 km from here. He offered to make a stop on the way for knowing a famous historical monument in the Oktyabr'skiy town in the honor of Russian soldiers heroes in winter 1942, who blocked the advance of the German invasion toward the lines Stalingrad (current Volgograd) city.

We accepted with pleasure the tempting proposal, and in less than 30 min we photographed ourselves in front of the monument of the heroes of Oktyabriskiy. Then with the valuable suggestions of my warrior Garmin GPS 60CSx and Russia’s maps installed with the help of friends Vincenzo Vecchio and Roger Gonzalez, we arrived in less than an hour to the confluence located at the very edge of the road. A strong thunderstorm and rain was the only unexpected, but the intense emotions of the day kept us very euphoric and adrenaline level high. Under the rain we comply with the operations practice, and then we began the return to Kotel'nikovo, our residence, about 75 km.

11-Gui-2011 – Russia: visita alla confluenza N48°E44° vicino a Vodino, Regione di Volgogrado
Giornata nuvolosa-piovigginosa Difficoltá Grado 1º.

Oggi sabato 11 Giugno 2011, dopo la nostra esitosa “caccia” della N48°E43°, partiamo alle ore 16,00 da Pugachovscaya. In estate, in questa latitudine è chiaro fin dopo le ore 21,00, per cui abbiamo ancora molte ore disponibili, così pure energie per conoscere e divertirci; cosicchè mio suocero Nikolay, super-emozionato con la “caccia” delle confluenze, propone visitare la confluenza N48°E44° a circa 100 km, facendo una sosta nella via per conoscere nella città di Oktyabriskii un famoso monumento storico agli eroici soldati russi che nell’inverno del 1942 nella 2ª Guerra Mondiale, bloccarono l’avanzata blindata tedesca verso le linee di difesa di Stalingrado, l’attuale Volgogrado.

Accettiamo con gran piacere la tentatrice proposta ed in meno di 30 minuti scattiamo le nostre foto di fronte al monumento agli “Eroi di Oktyabriskii” e poi con le importanti indicazioni del mio “guerriero” gps Garmin 60csx e delle mappe della Grande Russia collocate con l’aiuto degli amici Vincenzo Vecchio e Roger Gonzalez, arriviamo in meno di un’ora agli del N48°E43°, ubicato propio sul ciglio della strada. Un forte temporale con pioggia scrosciante fu l’unico imprevisto, però la emozione dell’intensa giornata ci mateneva euforici e con il livello di adrenalina molto alto. Sotto la pioggia compimmo le operazioni di prassi e poi iniziammo il ritorno a Kotelnikovo, la nostra residenza a circa 75 km.

Dia nublado-lluvioso. Dificultatd: Grado 1

Hoy sabado 11 Jun 2011, despues nuestra exitosa caceria del N48°E43°, salimos de Pugachovscaya cerca de la h. 4,00 pm. En estas latitudes, en esta epoca, hay claridad hasta despues las 9 pm. Y todavia tenemos mucho tiempo disponible y energies para conocer y disfrutar; asi que mi suegro Nikolay, super-emocionado con la –caceria- de confluencias, propone visitar a la confluencia N48°E44° a escasos 100 km. parandonos antes, en el camino, para conocer en la ciudad de Oktyabriskii un famoso monumento historico a los heroes soldados rusos que en el invierno del 1942, en la 2ª Guerra Mundial, bloquearon el avance de la invasion alemana hacia las lineas de Stalingrad actual Volgograd.

Aceptamos con placer la tentadora propuesta, y en menos de 30 min. nos retratamos frente al monumento de los heroes de Oktyabriskii para despues, con las valiosas indicaciones de mi -guerrero- gps Garmin 60csx y de los mapas de Rusia instalados con la ayuda de los amigos Vincenzo Vecchio у Roger Gonzalez, llegar en menos de una hora hasta los del N48°E44° ubicados en el propio orillo de la carretera. Una fuerte tormenta electrica y de lluvia fue el unico imprevisto, pero las emociones del intenso dia nos mantenian muy euforicos y con el nivel de la adrenalina muy alto. Bajo la lluvia cumplimos con las operaciones de praxis, y seguidamente comenzamos el regreso hacia Kotelnikovo, nuestra residencia, a unos 75 km.
