17-Sep-2000 -- On the way back to Houston from Austin, Texas, the home of George W. Bush, I stopped by the 30N 97W confluence. I found it in a cow pasture behind the house of a very nice 80 year old lady. She said that she lived there since 1929. That's a long time. She is not on the Internet yet but I encouraged her to give it a try.
