20-Jun-2015 -- I visited this confluence while on a trip to Rochester, Minnesota. I drove as close as possible to this confluence, following a series of paved and dirt roads southwest of Dodge Center. The field to the south was newly-planted in corn and I chose not to walk into the field, as a courtesy to the farmers who surely don't want nor need people tromping on their plants.
The photos show the region, which is flat and devoted to farming. Two days later, I visited its eastern neighbor, 44N 92W, which looked a lot like this confluence.
My GPS said I was about 385 feet (117 m) from the confluence. Comparing to previous visitors who stuck to the road, it seems to "count", even though it is farther than the 100 m error range. Walking to the actual point would have been trivial, but in bad taste given the young plants would be prone to damage.
Coordinator's Note: Accepted due to acceptance of legacy visits and protection of plants.
