20-Aug-1994 -- After leaving a good camp ground near Bettota we follow the road for some time. Turning off the road onto a private track we cross one sand hill that provides some excitment. As most of us have just crossed the Simpson desert with its many sand hills, this one is just unexpected. And it is rather small, just a bit of a turn in it though.
Haddon Corner is the north east corner of the State of South Australia.
The 1st photo shows the marker for Haddon corner.
If you are South Australian it is 25 59.8S 140 59.9E, or if you are a Queenslander it is 25 59.9S 141 0.1E, according to Austlig the government map maker.
