27-Apr-2001 -- Confluence 41N 95W was captured in Iowa, April 27, 2001, at approximately 6:50 PM. I used a Garmin Etrex Vista to pinpoint this location. This area is pretty typical Iowa farm land, many corn fields and soybean fields.

This point was not too difficult to locate. It is not far from a major highway intersection, Highway 71 going North/South and Highway 34 going East/West. From a gravel road running nearly parallel to Highway 71, I walk East 100+ yards to find the exact point of confluence in the middle of a bean field. I snapped a few pictures of the GPS and the surroundings.
