25-May-2001 -- The point is about a half mile north of Holcomb, KS, in a corn field. This is Great Plains territory, flat as a table except for a low rise to the north. The point is 150 north of a dirt road between the corn field and an alfalfa field 1/4 mile west of Big Lowe Road. Holcomb High School, US 50, and a manufacturing facility are all easily visible from the site. There is a cell phone tower 100 yards northwest of the point.
