01-Sep-2001 -- The N55°E26° confluence is located about 16 km east of the town of Pabrade, just north of the Svirkiðke farmstead. We left the road 102 and followed a small forrest road about 200 meters towards the confluence. After some 300 meters through a field we found ourselves on the wrong side of the Santaka river, but only 10 meters from the exact point. Dad decided to undress and jumped into the about one meter deep brook to get to the right side of it. After some minutes walking forward and back the confluence finally was located, about 1,5 meter of the western river bank, and about 200 meters northeast of the Perunas telmologic reservate.
