21-Oct-2001 -- The road lead us in distance of 750 meters from the point.

We walked the rest and when we got closer there was this lake. And of course the point is in the lake. The point is 30 meters away from shore. We thought of walking back and bring the kayak wich was on the top of Richard's LandRover, but the darkness was on the way. Maybe we will visit the point during the winter when the lake is frozen or maybe next summer and try to fish the arctic char that lives there.

Coordinator's Note: Since the visitors didn't realize this visit could be successful without going out onto the lake, they didn't take any pictures without the visitors. If anyone feels like going out there and taking more pictures, it would be appreciated.
