15-Mar-2002 -- This confluence takes you through the beautiful farm lands of the Central Valley of California and when the crops are starting to bloom is a wonderful drive. We were on business in the valley so decided to have a try at this confluence. It happens to be on the edge of a country road next to some blooming orange groves. I lived on an orange range when I was young so it brought back some nice memories of the farming years. Easy to find - just south of the town of Porterville on Road 252 just past the junction of 256 and 252.
