24-Aug-2002 -- My wife and I started out the day on a road trip Camping. 3.5 hours later, having the GPS locked in - she wondered what the heck I was doing. We got as close as 5460 m to 50N 115W on a fairly poor dirt road outside Elkford. As my photo shows, rain and driving prevented the journey further up the mountain. I'll return with my my supplies, and gear for the overnight hike - up the mountainside. Hopefully before the end of September. We are looking at a uphill climb. - Bring ropes ?
