22-Dec-2002 -- The 29S 52W Confluence is a very easy confluence - in fact, it is very close a state road (RST 432). This confluence is about 60 meters from Décio Canello´s house, a farmer that lives with his very friendly and hospitality family in Linha Terceira Moresco, in Anta Gorda, RS.

Farmers, in this region, use to cultivate tobacco and corn. The city "Anta Gorda" means fat anta (a big and typical mammal from Brasil) - as you can see in one of these photos.

About the confluence, it´s a very nice place, close some kind of native pine trees called "araucárias", and other native vegetation. Be careful if you intend to go there: there are a kind of mosquitoes called "borrachudos" - which bites stratches too much, and make red swellings. This mosquito uses to live in current waters, that are in the inner of the native forest.
