01-Apr-2004 -- A few days ago I was
on a business trip to a small city in the western part of Belgium. The visit took longer than planned,
so I couldn't make the early flight home to Norway. Since the next left 5 hours later, I decided to make a short
detour on my way back to the Brüssels airport, allowing me to visit 51°N 3°E and 51°N 4°E.
I followed smaller roads north towards Roeselare, then northwest to the point which happens to be located very close to
a small intersection. I drove past it, turned around, parked and started following the GPS.
It was quite funny to realize that a couple of white geese are currently living more or less exactly on the spot,
I stayed outside their enclosure, but got a couple of shots of them.
The GPS pictures came out totally blurred, but according to the track log I made to within 23 m from the point,
which was close enough.
I then turned east, back towards Brüssels via 51°N 4°E.
