05-Jan-2005 -- Being in the Louis Trichardt (now Makhado) area, I couldn't resist attempting a visit to this Confluence. Driving East on the Witvlag road, I found a dirt road going South into the plantation .

Following the (overgrown) contour roads, I needed about an hour of creative 4x4 driving to get within 30 m of the datum. Getting out was a lot easier by following an alternative road.
