08-Feb-2013 -- This confluence point, like the two points 38S-143E and 38S-144E to the east, lies within a grassy field. This time, however, there were cattle grazing nearby. This confluence point was also a little more difficult to reach than those other two, because I had to walk about 1 km each way to reach it.
I parked my rental car on Lyons Road (dirt), 1 km directly North of the confluence point. To reach the point, I crossed a gate, hiked South along a gravel road (with a forest on my left, and farmland on my right), then crossed a fence, then jumped across a small creek, then crossed another fence. Several head of cattle looked on curiously as I took my photos.
