04-Jul-2006 -- As other visitors have noted, this confluence is very easy to reach, if you don't mind driving on (sometimes rough) dirt roads. North off of road 14600 South (aka. Elberta Slant Road), there are two parallel dirt roads next to each other: The first running beside a power line; the second running beside a pipeline. I took the second (pipeline) road, which happens to be much rougher than the power line road. However, I later learned that the first gate on the power line road has "No trespassing" and "Keep out" signs attached. So beware - this might be private property.
These two roads meet at a gate, and - from this point - another rough dirt road branches to the left, passing just next to the confluence point. At the time of my visit, the confluence point seemed to be marked by a wooden stick, surrounded by rocks.
