16-Oct-2006 -- It was a frustrating 2 hrs drive from 50N,6E as the roads in Luxembourg were numbered completely differently to my atlas and I came across a stretch of autobahn which was marked and will no doubt be very nice when completed! But eventually I got to the village of Bausendorf and turned south straight towards the confluence through some affluent looking farmland.

Yet again I found that it was possible to "do" this confluence without getting out of the car (the third in a day), but made the effort after parking the car of walking into the forest along an access track. The confluence was a few metres off this. Pic1 shows the view from the parked car and the spot is just a few metres into the trees. Pic 2 shows the GPS once I'd located the spot. Pics 3-6 complete the views North, East, South and West - all trees again.

So northwards to spend the night in Cologne ready for the short hop to Leverkusen to do 51N,7E the next morning...
