08-Apr-2007 - Visiting family this weekend and needed something to do before Easter lunch, so I grabbed my keys, camera, and GPS and headed for Noxapater, Mississippi. It's about an hour from my parents' house. This will make CP visit number five for me.

The air was chilly, and the sky was completely clear. Delorme did a good job of taking me straight to the CP. I parked at the entrance to the clearing, exactly where the previous visitor parked. I was surprised that the good people of Winston County have not even begun the Confluence Museum announced in the previous visitor's post. From where I parked, it was a short 12 meters to the CP. I found it easily, took my pictures, and headed back for lunch.
