15-Jul-2008 -- After visiting 51°N 0 Gordon drove to the west, and parked across the road from the entrance to Barrow Hill Farm. As this is a working farm, we didn't want to bother disturbing the landowner for permission to get to the exact confluence location, so we documented the confluence from the gate.
I believe that the hill in the SSW picture is Barrow Hill, thus the name of the farm.
This was the first time that I have been to three degree confluences in one day :-)
We left the confluence, and Gordon drove northwest towards Winchester, to drop me off at a B&B before his long drive back to his home. A big thanks to Gordon for his efforts, time, and company during these two days of 'confluence hunting in England'!
The next confluence on this trip was 45°N 73°W.
