27-Jan-2009 -- Coming from 50N-05E in Belgium, this happened to be my second confluence that day in the second country. Driving through the Ardennes has been fantastic as long as no fog was on the road and sunlight was present. This changed more and more the closer I came to France. In the dark French countryside, the trip started to become really long as I had driven already over 500 km that day.
The navigation system of the car had no idea where to send me as the road next to the confluence was not available so I drove for a while through the small dark village before the GPS showed me decreasing distance to the confluence.
I stopped the car next to a meadow with apple trees and it was really dark and foggy and VERY frightening. A dog barked and came nearer and his owner observed me from his living room with a binocular... so I really hurried up to get this done being already frustrated to have arrived too late in the the dark.
I managed to get the Zeros and left as soon as possible really afraid to be kidnapped and arrested by some neighbours...Huuuaaahhh... Continued at 50N-06E.
