01-Sep-2013 -- On my way back home from Paris to Montpellier on Sunday Sept 3rd, I visited 2 CP that lie a few kilometers west of the highway in one the French outback of the region Auvergne. Both N46 E3 and N46 E3 haven’t been visited since 2005.

This point is in a field used as pasture for livestock. I parked my car on a country road 300 meters from the point. The gate of the field was opened and there was no sign of private property. I zeroed the point easily but the coordinate changed just at the time of the shooting.

Not much to see in the area with only a few minutes to spend on a side trip. The nice little town of Saint-Flour is worth a visit.
