14-Mar-2017 -- It’s relatively rare that a Degree Confluence Point lie within a residential property. When I visit such a point, I usually take photos from the road outside, rather than bother the resident. This particular point lies within a residential front yard, just 50 feet south of a country road. As I was taking photos from the road outside, I was met by the property’s resident - a friendly woman named Tammy. Tammy had been unaware of the significance of her property, but, after I pointed it out, noted that it might explain “certain energies around the property”, without elaborating.
Tammy kindly allowed me to come onto her front lawn to locate the precise point. She noted that a spring often forms on this part of her lawn following heavy rain.
