05-Aug-2020 -- This the tenth of 14 CP visits made during a road trip through the Czech republic and Germany.

So, now we were looking for a place to stay. A few kilometers from the CP, in Bad Salzdetfurth, we looked for a Pension or reasonably priced hotel. We found no Pension and the only hotel we found was out of my self imposed price limit. We discussed what to do - we decided to visit the nearby CP, then head to the next CP and look for a place to stay on the way. It was getting late so it was possible that we would find nothing. In that case we would drive through the night simply visiting one CP after another, sharing the driving and sleeping (obviously when not driving).

We arrived near the CP at 18:25, about 500 metres away. A short and pleasant walk later we arrived near the CP. We could not get directly to the point, but using spaces between the crop we were able to get within about 16 metres of the CP.

Photos taken, we walked back to the car and headed off to the next CP, looking out for a space to stay which we did in Bockenem a few kilometres away.
