12-Aug-2024 -- Nach unserem Abenteuer siehe 53°N 10°E und einer Nacht am Südsee Camp setzten wir unsere Heimreise Richtung Süden fort. Unser erstes Ziel heute: 52°N 10°E.

Wir fuhren auf der A7 bei Hildesheim ab. Weiter geht es über Landstraßen an Bad Salzdetfurth und Bodenburg vorbei und direkt vor dem Dorf Sehlem folgen wir der einspurigen Straße Richtung CP.

Am Ende dieser Straße ist das weiterfahren nach Süden Richtung CP nicht erlaubt (siehe Bild 6) jedoch konnten wir unseren Camper an der kleinen Kreuzung (ca bei 52.002174N 9.995198E laut Google Maps, da das GPS Gerät ja leider immer noch Zuhause liegt) gut abstellen.

Diesen Weg folgen wir nun also bei strahlendem Sonnenschein zu Fuß zuerst über Beton, dann Schotter, am Strommasten vorbei und am Ende schließlich über Gras entlang des bereits abgeernten Feldes. Wir schafften es bis auf 30m südlich zum CP ohne das Feld zu betreten.

Nach den Bildern und einem freudigen High-Five spazierten wir gemütlich zurück zu unserem Camper. Es dauerte ca 15 min und weiter ging's Richtung Süden.

12-Aug-2024 -- After our adventure see 53°N 10°E and a night at the South Sea Camp, we continued our journey home south. Our first destination today: 52°N 10°E.

We exited on the A7 near Hildesheim. We continue on country roads past Bad Salzdetfurth and Bodenburg and directly before the village of Sehlem we follow the single-lane road towards the campsite.

At the end of this road, driving further south towards the CP is not allowed (see picture 6), but we were able to park our camper at the small intersection (approx. 52.002174N 9.995198E according to Google Maps, as our GPS device is unfortunately still at home). turn off.

We now follow this path on foot in bright sunshine, first over concrete, then gravel, past the electricity pylon and finally over grass along the already harvested field. We made it to within 30m south of the CP without entering the field.

After the pictures and a happy high-five, we leisurely strolled back to our camper. It took about 15 minutes and we continued south.
