08-Jun-2004 -- A couple of weeks a go, when I sat down to search out for new and interesting GeoCaches (www.geocaching.com) to visit I found an intersting website that delt with something called Confluences.
At that time I had no idea of what is was.
Anyway, the more I read about it the more interested I got, and finally I tried to explain about it to the other members of my Geo team (Team_EoN). Needles to say, they also got excited about it.
As our team raced to find 200 Caches we still hadn't put out a cache of our own, and it was at this time that we decided upon a plan for Team_EoNs GeoCaches.
Our goal would be to successfully place a GeoCache at each of Swedens Confluences that are on land.
This is our first.
We left from Karlskoga 23.00 07-Jun-04 and we made our way to confluence at 04:15 in the morning.
Becauce of the early hour and the rain pouring down, the pictures are not as bright or as clear as they could have been.
Othervise there is not much to tell. The confluence is located in a forested area, not far from the closest public road.
So what are you waiting for? Go there and log the Cache!

Coordinator's Note: Visiting all the confluences in Sweden is a great goal, but I must quote from the the project FAQ: "We would like to strongly discourage the leaving of a permanent marker especially in wild areas"
