10-Aug-2024 -- This is the 1^st out of 10 reports visiting confluence points during a 10-day bicycle trip from Biała Podlaska (Poland) to Chemnitz (Germany). My goal was to fill the gap of confluence points in Poland that I haven’t visited yet.

Late Friday evening I arrived by airplane at the airport of Warsaw. The next morning, I took a train to the little town Biała Podlaska, in the very east of Poland. A short 10km-ride along the railway line was necessary to reach this confluence point. I parked my bicycle in a mixed forest at a distance of 260 m from the confluence point. After a short stroll, I reached it right at the edge of a swamp. This time I was lucky, I just could get there with keeping my feet dry.
