31-May-2006 -- We were camping at a rest area south of Casino and it had been a while since I went to do a confluence. Looking at a map showed that it would be a fairly easy one since it's only a few hundred metres on the west side of a main road.

I drove as close as possible to the spot but it appeared that I would have to go through a property. The owners were there and they didn't mind me walking through the bush in search of what they must have thought a weird thing to look for. Anyway, getting there was very easy.

There was a wallaby on the way, hiding in the bushes. I'm not sure who got the biggest fright when he took off. Because of the canopy from the trees around, I just couldn't get the zeroes lined up, no matter how hard I tried. In the end I gave up and went back to our camp site with the satisfaction of another confluence under my belt.
