05-Sep-2011 -- This was the fourth day of my journey along the 49^th parallel. On the previous day I came from 49°N 017°E and spent the night in a boarding house in Jevišovice 2 kilometres straight line distance to the Confluence Point.

Seven minutes after my departure from the board house I parked my car on the drive way to a big farm property, 330 metres distance off the point. When I approached the building I spotted the letters "Penzion" (Czech for "board house") so I could have spend the night here, very close to the point.

Signs prohibited to enter the yard of the house but there is a way, which circumvents the property. Passed a nice pond, crossed a bridge and walked on wasteland. The exact point is located in the nettles which spread between the wasteland and a creek.

On my morning stroll back to the car I enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful scenery. 25 minutes after I parked the car I was on my way again in order to visit the last planned Confluence Point of this journey: 49°N 015°E.
