08-Feb-2006 -- During a driving business trip from Ft. Worth, Texas, and having a new Garmin GPSMAP 76S, to Cottonwood, Arizona I decided that a couple of stops along the way might be interesting.
Since I left Ft. Worth mid day I did not get to the confluence until the next morning. I had tried to get another along the way but the sun set before I could get any photos. Will get later.
New cotton had been planted and was looking very good. Found road to get around large water canal and was able to drive very near the confluence. The small canal was dry and there were many of the planks across them anyway.
Proceeded to ground zero and with a little confluence dance was able to quickly log and take photos.
Had planned to get another stop today but decided to pick it up on the way back home.
Next was 32N 111W.
