12-Mar-2008 -- Coming from the North Sea coast, where I visited already 54N 09E and had very bad weather, I hoped to find it better here. Meanwhile the car heating dried my clothes and I was prepared to get wet again. I had given up getting to this confluence two weeks before because of wrong shoes, so I had to do it this time.

I parked the car next to the road between Freiweide and Boostedt and walked the rest along a grass covered path. One has to be careful here taking pictures as the gate of a German military casern is right across the street...

As some hours before, the rain seemed to wait for me and re-started his show when I tried to make my photos. Anyway, nothing can stop a confluence hunter so close to victory (okay, except the new business shoes). To show the rain, that I am a tough guy, I also searched for the nearby Geocache and then went back to the car to drive to my final destination this day, Kiel at the Baltic Sea.
