16-Jan-2011 -- Wir kamen vom Punkt 50°N 15°E. Wir waren ganz lose mit Freunden verabredet, die auf unserer Reise zum Jahreswechsel mit dem Fieber der Suche von Kreuzungen infiziert wurden.Wir kamen aus dem Osten, hatten einen schönen Abend in einem kleinen alten tschechischen Hotel. Der Weg führte ins Tal der Berunga und vorbei an der schönen Burg Karstein.

Wir stellten unseren Bus unterhalb der Burg in Nizibor ab. Am "bekannten" Abwasserrohr sahen wir Spuren eines Besuches, doch nichts von unseren Freunden. Die hatten das Auto direkt oben und hinter der Burg abgestellt. Sie beobachteten unsere Suche aus der Gaststätte auf der anderen Seite des Flusses. Kein leichtes Unterfangen war der Confluenztanz in dem Gestrüpp am Hang unter dem Abwasserrohr.

Der Gedanke, dass da plötzlich mal etwas herauskommt, machte es nicht einfacher. Grundsätzlich jedoch ein gut erreichbarer Punkt in einer interessanten Gegend.

16-Jan-2011 -- We came from point 50°N 15°E and had a loose appointment with friends we have infected during our trip over the turn of the year with the fever to search for Confluence points. We came from eastern direction and had a nice evening in a small and old Czech hotel. The way lead into the valley of Berunga and past the beautiful castle Karstein.

We parked our bus below the castle in Nizibor and saw the traces of a visit at the „wellknown“ drainpipe. But we could see our friends nowhere. Later we learned that they had parked their car directly behind the castle. They watched our search comfortably sitting in a restaurant at the other riverside.

The confluence dance was not easy amongst the undergrowth at the hillside below the drainpipe. To think about the possibility that something could suddenly come out of the pipe didn't make it more convenient. But basically, it is an easy reachable point in an interesting area.
