22-Feb-2005 -- After skiing a day each at Eldora and Loveland, and before joining friends at Winter Park for more skiing, I had to swing by this confluence since the previous visitors reported it was so easy to reach. They were right.
Driving east from Boulder, I got onto Baseline Road and headed directly east until my GPS unit indicated I had passed the confluence. Turning around at the nearby Huron road intersection, I parked north of Baseline Road on county road 7 and walked (well, ran, to avoid the traffic) across the road , then walked down the slope to the barbed wire fence paralleling the road. This put me about 20 meters north of the confluence. Handily the easiest confluence I've been to (quite the contrast to my first one 30N 103W). After snapping the pictures shown here I dodged the traffic getting back to my car. Then it was off to Winter Park.
